On Saturday, a major federal appeals court in Washington, D.C., issued a rare decision to overturn a ruling by a lower court that blocked the EPA from enforcing a rule requiring that states report how much carbon dioxide they produce.

The decision was the latest blow to President Donald Trump’s climate-change agenda, and comes as Trump and the GOP have struggled to convince Americans that they are serious about ending global warming.

The EPA’s Clean Power Plan, which would have required states to reduce carbon dioxide emissions from their power plants by at least 25 percent by 2025, was the centerpiece of Trump’s signature legislative initiative and had been expected to be the final piece of the puzzle for Trump to fulfill his promise of “America first.”

But on Monday, the 9th U.D. Circuit Court of Appeals said the EPA had overstepped its authority when it refused to issue the rule.

“EPA did not seek the necessary authority to issue a rule that would cause harm to the public health or the environment,” the judges wrote in a 7-2 ruling.

“It did not consider the significant costs and uncertainties that a rule would entail, the substantial cost of compliance and compliance costs, the risks of unnecessary litigation, the harm to business, consumers, and taxpayers if the rule were enforced, and the potential for costly litigation in the future.”

The court said that if the EPA can prove that the rule would have “significant impacts” on the public, “EPA’s burden is substantially greater to demonstrate that the impact would be substantial.”

But the ruling will not change the EPA decision to issue its rule on the federal air pollution standards.

The president’s proposed budget for 2018 would reduce the EPA by about half and the Department of Energy by less than half.

On Tuesday, Trump announced that he would sign an executive memorandum directing his Cabinet to start phasing out the EPA, saying he was going to “get rid of it like a bad habit.”

The vehicle involved was traveling eastbound on Princess Highway when it crashed into a truck, according to the Sheriff’s Office.

The vehicle’s driver, who was transported to a hospital for minor injuries, was not identified.

Smith said he did not know the driver of the vehicle.

“We’re looking for witnesses to the crash, but I don’t have a suspect description or any information on that vehicle at this time,” he said.

‘Traffic lights and police cars’ cause graffiti highway cameras

A pair of traffic lights on Interstate 29 are causing an increased number of graffiti cameras on the interstate.

“Traffic is a problem and that’s why we need cameras,” said Officer Jason Bortolotti.

He said the cameras are often used to stop illegal activity or to ticket drivers.

“It’s not a good thing that people are out there committing vandalism,” he said.

“We’ve seen people vandalizing vehicles and stealing the vehicles.”

Police have noticed that the graffiti cameras are becoming a bigger problem.

“They’ve gotten to be a lot more aggressive,” said Borto.

The vandalism has also made it onto the road in the area of the cameras.

“I’m really concerned about the people that are out here vandalizing the cars,” said Kaleb Johnson.

“This has really turned me off to being around cars,” he added.

We caught up with Johnson who said he thinks the cameras can help to make the area safer.

“You know, when you see people vandalize, you’re like, ‘What the heck is going on?'”

Johnson said.

Johnson said he hopes that police will not take away his right to walk his dog and walk his bike, as long as they keep the cameras off the highway.

Jody Kline grew up in South Lake Tahoe, where she spent most of her childhood.

She remembers seeing the streets of her family’s town when she was very young.

“I’ve never seen anything like that, and I’ve seen that the world has moved a lot in the last 20 years,” she says.

Jody was able to see the city through the eyes of her father.

His job as a security guard was a way to keep his family and friends together during times of danger.

“He was a very strong-willed man,” Jody says.

“He was just like a big kid, and he always wanted to be the strongest person that he could be.”

Jodi Kline was born in Tahoe and grew up on the north shore of Lake Tahoes.

Her father worked as a guard for a local bank and she says he took care of the family.

She credits that for her father’s love of art and his commitment to making art.

“It was really important to him to have his family around,” Jodi says.

As an adult, Jodi worked as an artist and also went to college.

But she never had the opportunity to experience her father making a living as a bank guard.

“It was just very rare,” Jodies mother says.

She says it was her mother’s dream to be a banker herself.

Jodi says her father was always supportive of art, but he wasn’t into traditional forms.

“When he started getting involved with the art, he just wanted to create a beautiful work, and his passion was making beautiful things,” Joda says.

She says she didn’t realize the significance of her dad’s love for art until she was a teenager.

“His love for making beautiful pieces was something I didn’t really know at the time,” she explains.

“And it was kind of my dad, the person that I am today.”

Jodie was able a few years ago to open her own gallery, but she says she always kept the focus on her art.

“My art has always been about finding the beauty in the world, finding the joy in the art,” she said.

“But now I’m really looking for that beauty in everything.”

The Princess Highway, which was created by the art team at Princess highways, opens at the Lake Tahoa County Fairgrounds on Sept. 15.

Drug company says it will remove drug from road after new data shows drug doesn’t help

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has said it plans to remove the drug used to treat HIV from all new prescription drugs it produces.

A draft rule released Tuesday said it would also remove it from older, older-quality drugs sold in the US, including the hepatitis C drug PrEP, the antiretroviral drug Truvada and the injectable drug Naloxone.

The move is part of the agency’s efforts to reduce its reliance on costly and addictive drugs like fentanyl and heroin to fight the spread of the virus, which kills more than 5,000 Americans a day.

Fentanyl and heroin have been found in the blood of some people who have tested positive for HIV.

Last month, the FDA approved two injectable drugs to help combat the spread, including Nalboxin, which the agency said could reduce HIV infection by 95%.

But some drug companies have argued the drugs can be more dangerous than other drugs.DEA spokesman Tom Vinger said the agency had been working to find a way to eliminate the drugs from prescription drugs, even though it was too early to tell how it would go about doing so.

“The drugs have been on the market for some time and there’s been plenty of time for the market to evolve, so we’re taking this step now,” he said.

“It’s important to note that this decision does not impact any of our existing drug products and is not intended to change the availability of these drugs.”

He said the FDA has already decided to pull the drugs off the market and they would be available through a second batch of generic versions.

“As part of our continuing efforts to develop new and more efficient methods to safely and effectively treat patients with HIV, the agency will begin to phase out the use of fentanyl and will begin the process of rolling back the use and distribution of other opioid drugs,” Vinger wrote in an email.

“These drugs have proven to be more than just an effective tool for fighting the virus; they are a lifesaver, reducing the transmission of HIV and AIDS.”

While we do not yet have all the information that will be needed to determine whether or not to remove these drugs from the market, we are taking this action to protect patients and ensure that patients and their families are able to receive the lifesaving medications they need.”DEA did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

In a letter to the FDA last month, Dr. Richard Anderson, a drug safety expert at Johns Hopkins University, said the drugs are not effective at stopping infection but they could help people to stop taking them.

The agency will also review the use in clinical trials of a generic version of NalBoxin.”

We will continue to carefully consider the science before making this decision, including evaluating whether the use is appropriate and whether the new drug offers an equivalent benefit,” Vig said in the statement.

California highway pegging, highway closure as wildfires burn north

The U.S. Highway Patrol has closed Highway 1 in the North Coast Mountains as the region struggles to contain wildfires burning in the foothills and valleys of the California Coast Range.

The closure is a precautionary measure due to the ongoing fire in the region.

The UH Pembroke-Pine National Forest closed Highway 31 and Highway 25, near the town of Bodega, just south of Bakersfield, for the past several days due to a high-risk fire in northern California.

The fire is still burning.

The closures are expected to last until late Monday.

The closure is not expected to impact interstate traffic.

The U.K. and France have also taken the lead in shutting down major roads in the United Kingdom, the U.N. said Friday.

The British National Fire Authority has closed three roads in London, as well as the Chiltern National Park, for several days.
