When I first started my job in Seattle in 2015, I was offered a desk job in a local coffee shop.

But I didn’t take it because I wanted to do something with my time, so I could be with my family.

Then I saw the list of Seattle’s Best Coffee Bars and thought, “What’s a better way to spend my time than in a coffee shop?”

That’s when I decided to become a coffee barista.

I started my first barista job at the age of 23, and it was a great experience.

I was able to learn from the best and most experienced baristas in the business, and I have grown to love my job.

With this guide, I’ve distilled my favorite tips, tricks, and tips that will make a difference in your day-to-day life in the coffee shop and the coffee industry.

When you open your barista door, don’t forget to ask for help.

The barista will be your go-to guy, and he will be the one who will give you a coffee that you will never forget.

Know what you’re doing.

Baristas are a team, and they are all about being in the same room together.

It’s also a good idea to check in with each other on a regular basis to make sure everything is okay.


Choose your coffee.

The best baristas are the ones who have a solid grasp on the coffee culture and their respective areas.

Know your location.

I always choose to drink in the corner, because I think that’s the most comfortable spot.

Know the barista who works for you.

If the baristas you work with don’t have a lot of experience with coffee, be prepared to be challenged.

This is not a competition; it’s a process.


Be open to new coffee shops.

As a barista, you will always have the ability to go somewhere else and make coffee.

This includes the coffee shops that you work at.

You have to be open to different types of coffee shops and have a good time with different coffee brands.

The most important thing is to make the most of your coffee experience.


Don’t get stressed out over money.

While you’re working in a bar, it may be difficult to keep track of the money.

This will happen a lot if you’re a baristas first job, but don’t worry.

You’ll be able to get more comfortable with it as you work in the bar.

If it’s not something you’re excited about, don “get to know” the bar staff, and get used to paying them for their work.


Don’ t forget your coffee cup.

If someone asks you for your coffee and you refuse, you should probably give it to them.

This helps them feel appreciated, and if you want to keep working, it will help them get paid for their time.


Know that you are a part of a team.

A barista should never be seen as the boss.

You should always be a part to make each other feel comfortable and productive.


If there’s a good coffee shop nearby, ask if it’s open on Mondays.

This shows that you’re an active part of the coffee community.


Make sure you ask the right questions.

I love asking questions, so it’s great to be able do it from the comfort of your own home.

If I’m having a difficult time with the coffee, I ask the bar manager for some guidance, and then I talk to the bar supervisor to get a better understanding of what’s going on.

This way, we can get a handle on the issue, and hopefully help the bar to keep the bar moving.


Be patient with your baristas.

You might get one wrong answer, but if you keep trying, you’ll eventually be able see that it’s working.

The right answer will always be better than the wrong answer.


Make it a point to keep an eye on your coffee machine.

The more coffee you drink, the more your mind and body will feel refreshed and relaxed.

This allows you to enjoy your coffee even more, and you will also learn a lot about your health.


Don”t worry about how many cups you have in your hand.

When I started in Seattle, I had a very simple task: I had to fill up my coffee cup, and when I finished, I would give it a little shake.

As I got more experienced and learned how to handle my coffee, my cup became smaller, and as I started filling it up, it started to get bigger.

So it’s always good to make coffee
