Posted September 01, 2018 05:16:16A road in western Indiana is getting its first taste of a new life as part of a $150 million plan to transform it into a new freeway, the first of its kind in the United States.

A group of private companies is teaming up with the local government to develop the westside highway from the downtown area to the Indianapolis River.

The road would replace an aging road that is part of an aging section of Interstate 80 that links Indiana with Illinois.

The highway’s future will depend on the type of highway it replaces.

The Indiana Department of Transportation has approved the project as part the Indiana Department Road System.

The road would be the first major road project on the west bank of the Indianapolis river since the interstate was built in the 1960s.

“The west side of the I-80 is not as desirable as other parts of the state because of the amount of traffic that is on that portion of the interstate, but it is certainly an attractive area,” said Gary Hovland, an architect and engineering professor at Purdue University.

“A lot of people that are looking for a route to the east end of the city, and they’re trying to get there by train, they’ll have to go through the west end of town,” he added.

“There’s no rail service in the area at the moment.

We’re not talking about a train corridor, but there’s lots of opportunity to build out rail lines,” Hovart said.

Construction of the new highway could start as soon as 2018.

The group of companies is calling it the “west side Highway” project, and it would replace a section of the westbound Interstate 80 from the north side of downtown Indianapolis to the west.

“I think it will be a major boon for the area,” Hivland said.

The Indiana Department has been working on the project for more than three years.

The state has an existing highway that goes directly to the south end of Indianapolis, and the highway would connect with a section that goes to the north of the metro area.

The westside Highway would not connect directly to Interstate 80, but the section would go through downtown Indianapolis and Indiana State University, where many students live.

The existing highway ends near the University of Indianapolis campus.

“We want to connect the west of downtown to the city center, to the lakefront, to downtown,” Hvart said, adding that the project would be built on the existing west side I-81 highway, which is about a mile north of downtown.

“It will be something that is going to attract people to downtown Indianapolis, not just from the west, but from all directions,” he said.

Hovland said the state would not require the construction of a bridge over the river.

He said the project is not likely to impact other parts the highway, but that it could cause traffic headaches in other areas.

The highway will not be a direct highway route, but would have a few other routes in and out of downtown, and would be similar to the existing Interstate 80.

The $150,000 cost of the project includes a study and a design review.

A final project plan is expected to be submitted to the state by mid-2018.

“This project will be an investment in the region and it will create jobs, it will bring new people to our community and it is a very significant investment in our state,” Havart said of the development.

How to drive safely on the highway

There are plenty of things you can do on the interstate, but driving safely is a priority.

The road is a big, crowded place and drivers must always keep a keen eye out for pedestrians, animals, vehicles and other dangers.

Here are some tips on how to be a good driver.

1.

Keep your eyes on the road.

You can’t control the speed of the car, but if you are looking at a car ahead, you should take your eyes off the road and be ready to slow down.

This will help you avoid being run over by the car.

Slow down, keep your eyes open and listen to the road ahead.

Be aware of what the other drivers are doing.

If they are honking, speeding or weaving, you may be at a higher risk of being hit.

If you see someone weaving or speeding, it’s a good idea to slow your speed down to be aware of the road before you make a turn.

Watch your speed.

If there is a lot of traffic going on, look behind you to see what’s going on and stop your speed if you see something.

If it’s too fast, you’ll slow down even more and you might be struck by a vehicle.

Pay attention to the stop signs.

If the car ahead is stopping or slowing down, it will look like it is doing a double-take.

It may be too fast to stop and you could get hit by the next vehicle.

Pay close attention to any signs and give them a look-see.

Look for the flashing red, yellow and green lights.

If a sign says, “Stop”, turn your headlights on.

If one says, ‘Stay on the right lane’ and there are no flashing red or yellow lights, you are safe to continue on the freeway.

Slow to the right.

Don’t slow down and be prepared to brake before a car is coming your way.

The speed limit is 40 kilometres per hour.

Watch the road for other vehicles.

If other vehicles are coming your right, turn your lights off and don’t speed.

Wait until they stop before speeding up. 7.

Stay safe in the car at speed.

Keep a safe distance behind the car you are driving, and if there are other people in the vehicle, be aware that you are vulnerable.

Pay special attention to your surroundings.

If people are talking on cellphones or are talking to people behind you, pay attention.

The other driver is probably distracted and can be distracted too.

9.

Don´t speed too fast.

If an oncoming vehicle is going so fast you feel you are going too fast and then speed up, you will slow down faster.

This could cause you to hit another vehicle and possibly hit another person.

The dog will bark and you should turn to avoid colliding with it. 15.

Keep an eye on other vehicles and drivers.

If drivers are going at a high speed, it is very important to keep your speed low and stay as far away from the other vehicles as possible.

You are vulnerable when there are vehicles going too quickly.

Always stay alert and look for traffic signs and road signs.

Make sure to read all signs and look ahead to the next car to see if it is heading your way, and to see how fast it is going.

Always check the speed limit.

If your speed is too high, you might crash into other vehicles or people.

Which is better for the heart: highway or a bike?

In an effort to improve access to the heart, the Canadian government announced a number of road closures this week as part of the Heart Health Initiative.

Some of these closures will be temporary while the government works on a new policy that will be in place by June 2020.

The new policy aims to reduce the number of hospitalizations due to heart attacks by 50 percent.

President Donald Trump and Jared Kushner are planning to invest more than $1 billion in a railroad project that would serve a new development near San Diego.

The Trumps are also exploring options to add more railroads to California’s Highway 101.

The proposed railroads include the Southern California Railway, the Central California Railway and the Northern California Railway.

Trump is considering a rail project in the San Diego area, but he is not expected to announce a new location in the coming weeks.

OREGON highway closures for next week as floodwaters threaten to shut down the road for two weeks

A flood that has shut down Highway 1 north of the city of Eugene, Oregon, and damaged a major bridge in Portland has caused delays in the construction of several major highways, including the East Coast Highway that runs through the state.

The Oregon Department of Transportation said Thursday that the East Oregon Tollway will close temporarily from Monday to Friday as flood waters continue to surge in the Portland area.

The agency said a portion of the Eastbound East Oregon Highway will close at 10 a.m.

Monday through Wednesday, while a portion from the Westbound East Coast Tollway from 10 a and 6 p.m., and the Oregon Highway from 10 p. and 4 a. m. will remain open for a day.

Construction of the Interstate 5 and 5-Line Freeway, which is part of the interstate system, will resume Thursday morning, the agency said.

The highway, which spans from the northern Oregon town of Whitefish to the city and surrounding towns of Salem, is a major artery for drivers heading to the Oregon Coast.

The Interstate 5 bridge over the Columbia River, the main artery through Oregon, is closed for a short time on Thursday as floodwater surges over the bridge, the Oregon Department’s Bureau of Transportation spokesman, John Anderson, said.

“There is an ongoing water level at the bridge.

There’s a lot of water in the bridge,” he said.

There is no immediate threat to the bridge’s life.

It’s currently under reconstruction, he said, adding that the bridge will be open later Thursday for people who need to cross it.

The bridge, which was built in 1965, has a bridge span of about 15 feet and has a water level of about 2 feet, he added.

The roadway will remain closed from 10:30 p. m., Wednesday through Sunday.

In Washington state, a flood that was expected to have minimal impact on the state’s highways has prompted the closure for a week of major highways.

Texas lawmakers are proposing new rules to curb the growing number of ride-hailing companies operating in the state.

The legislation is set to be heard Wednesday.

The proposal comes as Texas, one of the fastest-growing ride-sharing states, faces a shortage of available drivers for Uber, which has become an increasing threat to existing taxi and limo businesses.

“They’re just so popular with locals that they keep coming back and doing the same things,” Mejierk says of Meijerers Cafe and Meijermans Café.

“Meijers Café has been there since it opened and it just stays like that.”

Mejiers Café is also known for having a strong following with people who live on the east side of the Calgary River.

In fact, it’s said that if you walk down Highway 6, you can hear people saying, “I’m coming to see Meijies Café.”

This image shows the desert beneath Highway 99 in the Northern Sierra Nevada Mountains near San Francisco.

The image was taken by photographer Paul Toth in September 2017.

The desert is dotted with rocky outcrops and canyons that can only be seen from a short distance above.

It’s an area that’s rarely photographed.

In fact, this is the only photo of the area taken from the air.

The Golden State Highway 99 is about a quarter-mile from the nearest road in the San Francisco Bay Area.
